Recipes for Sleep - Did You Know?
Ah... sleep. One thing we all need but at times can't get. We toss, we turn, we go over things in our mind to try and tire ourselves out, but still we lay AWAKE.
Well there here's a tip: Add 1-2 drops of lavender to your pillow or nightwear (if any). Clary Sage, Roman Chamomile, Valerian and Vetiver work well too. This little book right here → → → → → → → → - one of my favorites - has a lot of good information about these remarkably helpful essential oils. |
