Recipes for Focus - Did You Know?
Now I know it's not just me walking into a room for something and completely forgetting what I was about to do. It's not, right?
There are many essential oils that are wonderful to help with focus and concentration. Frankincense has to be one of my favorites and for many other reasons too.
Vetiver is a grounding and calming oil and can be used at any time of the day to aide in focus. Lavender is a favorite among essential oils because of it's versatility. It is also comforting and calming and good to use before bedtime or a stressful situation. Cedarwood can provide relief of tension and stress while aiding in focus. It has a boatload of other uses too!
2 drops of Cedarwood or Sandalwood
3 drops of Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
3 drops of Vetiver
Having one of those days at work or school and you just can;t seen to focus or concentrate? Add the above oils to your diffuser and the appropriate water level for your diffuser.
Snap Out Of It!
4 drops Frankincense
4 drops of Sweet Orange
Add the above oils to a diffuser to provide a calming and focused environment. Perfect choice for office work or that dreaded homework!
